Our Executive Leadership Team
Eddie Farah – Director and Group CEO
Eddie joined the SubCo Solutions team as Managing Director and Group CEO, having spent 20 years working at the Australian Stock Exchange ( ASX) where he held a number of senior positions including, Manager-Risk Policy , Manager- Treasury & Risk Operations, Team Leader- Risk Operation and Senior Risk Analyst to name a few.
Eddie develops and implements follow through policies, processes and procedures to ensure all projects run smoothly and efficiently at SubCo Solutions. Eddie brings reliability and enthusiasm to both his staff members as well as his clients. Eddie graduated from a Bachelor of Commerce Degree, with a major in Economics and Finance. Eddie has also completed his post graduate studies in Applied Finance.
Elias Farah – Business Development Manager
Elias is a powerful business driver whose entrepreneurial instincts and clarity of vision have carried SubCo Solutions through rapid and continuous growth. Elias has worked for the Australian Federal Police AFP and has gained vast experience in the diverse fields of operations. His role in these operations has been indispensable and highly regarded in recognition of the expertise, professionalism and excellence that Elias carries in any undertaking. Elias is distinguished by his passion for business, his focus on collaborative team-building, and his commitment to meeting customer and market demands. His contagious enthusiasm instils him and his team members with extraordinary energy and dedication in an environment where creativity and innovation are encouraged.
Raymond Mark Jospeh – Chief Operations Manager
As Group Chief Operations Manager, Ray is a dedicated and effective leader who excels at using proven methods to successfully cut costs, streamline operations and increase productivity. Rays unsurpassed work ethic is an asset to the SubCo Solutions business as with his extensive knowledge of process optimization, he has implemented process improvements and quality control checkpoints to reduce costs and maximise delivery time and efficiency. Rays experience and leadership has been focused on providing outstanding client service.
Anup Nair – IT Manager
Anup brings 18 years of experience in the field of Information Technology and has a diverse background in corporate settings, with extensive experience in various private sector IT roles.
At SubCo Solutions, Anup overseas the Information Services and Technology division as well as sets IT direction and coordinates infrastructure and service delivery across the business. He is responsible for IT which supports the business’s applications, business data, teaching and learning, user support, infrastructure, communications and information security. Anup graduated from a Master of Business in Enterprise Resource Planning and a Master of Computer Application – IT. Anup also holds a Bachelor of Computer Application and a Bachelor of Science degree.
Joanne Farah – Marketing Manager
Joanne is a commercially strong Marketing Manager with over 15 years marketing experience. Joanne holds strong experience in the delivery of services and relationship marketing within key Business to Business and Business to Consumer channels. Prior to SubCo Solutions, Joanne was Marketing Manager at Philips for 8 years overseeing, brand identity, marketing communication strategies in both traditional and digital channels. Joanne’s extensive experience in developing marketing communication strategies in both traditional and digital channels, along with her creative thinking, excellent organisational and project management skills, has been an asset to driving the SubCo Solutions brand vision, placing SubCo Solutions as key player in the industry.
Joanne graduated from a Bachelor of Commerce Degree, with a Marketing Major.
